Shop around and you'll find our prices and service to be very competitive. We're not afraid to show you our straight-forward pricing! Our in-shop hourly rate is $50 an hour. We will give you an accurate quote depending on the work that needs to be performed. We charge a flat rate of $75 per hour for our on-site services. Minimum charge is one hour, after that, billed at fifteen minute increments. All emergency requests are $85 per hour. All work is guaranteed and carries a 90-day warranty.

| OS reload - For extreme cases of hard drive failure or malware attack. We'll back up your information, reload a fresh copy of Mac OS, Windows XP, Vista, 7, or Ubuntu Linux and migrate your documents and settings back over. Windows customers : applications will have to be reinstalled. We will reinstall what we can without installation CDs. | Power Jack Replacement - Remove and re-solder the powerjack onto the motherboard. This happens after moving the power adapter inside the jack so much that the center pin breaks from the casing and board.
